Pre-reqs: Must have mastered intermediate classes and/or have advanced dance class experience. Instructor approval required Experience the transformative power of dance in our Advance Heels Pole class at Full Moon P&D. Here, ethereal movement meets artistic technique as you flow through fluid transitions and dynamic shapes on both spin and static pole. Enhance your body awareness and control as you seamlessly connect tricks, sits, spins, and dance into a captivating performance. Join us to elevate your skills and express your artistry in a supportive environment. Optional mini performances at the end provide an opportunity to embody your confidence and showcase your artistry. Wear - Workout clothes, a bra/sporty, bathing suit, anything sexy you can move in Bring - Water or a water bottle, knee pads, heels (optional)

Cancellation Policy
We require a credit card on file for all accounts. Please add your preferred payment method and save it to your Member’s Area Wallet to ensure a smooth check-out process and avoid re-entering your information each time. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 2 hours in advance. Late cancellations will result in a $15 fee for members or the loss of a class credit for non-members.
