Pre-Reqs: Familiarity with shoulder stands and shoulder rolls. No prior chair experience necessary. Knees pads recommended. Chair Dance Pop-Up with Rebecca. Burlesque-style chair dance class; explore how to dance with a prop and use the chair to accentuate poses and angles. Some chair balance options will require shoulder stands; modifications always available upon request.
