Service Description
Pre-Reqs: Must be comfortable in intermediate pole dance classes and/or have intermediate pole dance experience. Heels are optional, knee pads or socks are recommended. Instructor approval required. Intermediate Pole Pop-Up with Rebecca—Express Yourself Madonna Themed Intermediate Pole and Chair Dance Pop-Up with Rebecca--Dance-based pole class to celebrate the Queen of Pop’s birthday! This class with an all Madonna playlist from nostalgic hits to deep cuts, will include conditioning, dance technique, across the floor and more! We’ll end with a choreographed combo to “Human Nature” that blends chair, pole, and floor dance.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 2 hours in advance. Late cancellations will result in a $15 fee for members or the loss of a class credit for non-members.
