Cancellation Policy
We require a credit card on file for all accounts. Please add your preferred payment method and save it to your Member’s Area Wallet to ensure a smooth check-out process and avoid re-entering your information each time. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 2 hours in advance. Late cancellations will result in a $15 fee for members or the loss of a class credit for non-members. For emergencies or exceptional situations within the 2-hour window, please email us at info@fullmoonpoledancestudio.com.
