About the event
Join Alba, who brings years of professional performance experience in clubs, for a choreography class focused on empowerment through intentional movement with layers. You will learn a captivating routine centered on the playful art of anticipation using your clothes. Alba will workshop with you ways to play with your layers and be more playful, creative and intentional.
Length: 90 minutes
Prereqs: The workshop is open to beginners with experience in pole basics (pirouettes, spins, etc.),
What to Bring: Extra layers necessary (extra bottoms, shorts, skirt), kneepads and heels!
