• You will follow instructor guidance and studio rules

• You will stop participating if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort

FMPD is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions, misuse of equipment, or undisclosed medical conditions.

FMPD does not provide medical advice. You are responsible for consulting a physician regarding your fitness level and health conditions prior to participation. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

4. Booking, Payments & Cancellations

• All class purchases, memberships, and packages are subject to posted pricing and policies

• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeited class credits

• Policies may vary for workshops, private lessons, or special events

We aim to maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. By using our services, you agree to:

• Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect

FMPD reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant who violates these standards, without refund.

By attending classes or events, you grant FMPD permission to use photographs or videos taken in the studio for marketing or promotional purposes, unless you notify us in writing that you wish to opt out.
