This tricks-based chair workshop will cover crowd-pleasing tricks and combos such as forearm balances, shoulder stands, and hip holds, as well as dynamic transitions on and off the chair with leggy flair. This workshop is designed for advanced beginner to intermediate level students.
Students should be comfortable with forward and backward shoulder rolls. Kneepads recommended. Platform stilettos are fun, but always optional.
