BASEWITCH

This workshop will be focused on creating magic while utilizing the base of the pole. We will experiment with level transitions, get creative with shapes, and explore legwork on the bottom third of the pole. Get ready for some leggy base magic.

PREREQS:

This is a low intermediate friendly workshop where you must be comfortable with shoulder rolls and twisted grip. Best for those with basic leg work foundations.
