About the event
This workshop includes a 20 minute full body warm up with mobility exercises and ankle strengthening drills.
Students will learn the characteristic movements of the old school style as hip driven turns and switches, pirouettes and spins, all put together in a choreography where the students can work on musicality, tempo, texture and fluidity.
Perfect for all level pole dancers who want to improve their dancer skills in a traditional way.
