About the event
Heels Flow: Work the Edge
In this 90 minute class, we will be working on various heel techniques utilizing the edges of our heels to create beautiful combinations of moves around the pole. Most of the flow will be able to be threaded together to create a graceful choreo.
We will be learning to utilize our weight distribution, momentum and ankle mobility.
Knee pads recommended. 7” or 8” stiletto heels required.
