LEVEL: Beginner+ to Advanced
This workshop is a combination of flowy controlled moves with some low pole tricks and floor work.
Choreography will be modified to challenge and enhance dancer of all levels from Beginner+ to Advanced. This choreo and technique combo will have you feeling sexy, sensual , confident and strong, to express yourself.
The class starts with a short but effective warm up, preparing the body to the specific moves from the choreo and introducing the technique.
