SINful Roll Play w/Kat

This workshop is all about shoulder rolls and transitions, focusing on technique and safety. Often there’s just not enough time to thoroughly go over how to do a roll and answer any and all questions a student may have in a regular class.

This is an opportunity for dancers to get those questions answered while leveling up their rolls. We’ll go over safety, technique, and conditioning, as well as different variations and transitions that can be used both on and off the pole.

Open to all levels, this workshop is for those who have never done a shoulder roll before, as well as those who are familiar with them and are looking for a way to spice it up.

Level: ALL Levels

Pre-requisites:  Must be free from shoulder and back injuries.

What to bring: Water, knee pads, socks, something to cover the shoulders, heels (optional)
