SLITHER

This intermediate pole workshop will explore elements of sensual movement through a sequence designed to make you feel like you’re slithering around the pole. We will play with movement that connects you with your spine and your hips, allowing you to learn to effortlessly slither through your movement.

PREREQS:

You must be be familiar with split and twisted grip and be able to execute a proper fireman spin, pirouette, and fan kick on both sides.

TO BRING: Either socks or platform heels, pants preferred but not mandatory, knee pads, water
