About the event
If you are on a journey to find your most authentic self in your dancing, this workshop is for you. You will be guided through a series of exercises and prompts, to help better connect yourself to your movement. Leaving all ego at the door, this workshop will be highly explorative. Intrinsically dance and listen to the ways in which your body wants to move.
Level: Beginner+ and up
Pre-requisites: Comfortable dancing on pole.
What to bring: Socks are recommended, dress comfortable
