Service Description
Build strength, balance, and confidence in this floor inversion class focused on shoulder stands and headstands. We’ll work through conditioning, alignment, and simple drills to help you understand how to safely stack your body and feel more steady upside down. Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to build or clean up their foundational inversion technique in a supportive, hands-on environment. Pre recs: Come ready to work, wobble, and build floor strength upside down. Students should feel comfortable holding a plank, supporting weight through the shoulders and hands, and transitioning between standing, kneeling, and lying positions without strain. This class is not recommended for students currently experiencing neck, shoulder, or head injuries.

Cancellation Policy
We require a credit card on file for all accounts. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 2 hours in advance. Late cancellations will result in a $15 fee for members or the loss of a class credit for non-members.
