This challenge is designed to help you safely build deeper flexibility, stronger active range of motion, cleaner lines, and increased body control to enhance tricks, inversions, backbends, splits, and overall movement quality. Cancellation Policy

We require a credit card on file for all accounts. Please add your preferred payment method and save it to your Member’s Area Wallet to ensure a smooth check-out process and avoid re-entering your information each time. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 2 hours in advance. Late cancellations will result in a $15 fee for members or the loss of a class credit for non-members.
