This unique class, suitable for beginners and above, introduces you to the sensual and empowering world of pole dancing. With elements of ballet, contemporary, and strip plastic, this class will have you gracefully flowing on the floor, mastering acrobatic elements, and even nailing those splits. Join us and discover the beauty and strength of this incredible dance discipline. Must have strong beginner foundation with pirouettes, basic spins, etc. Heels Strongly Encouraged - Knee Pads Necessary – Socks Welcomed

Cancellation Policy
We require a credit card on file for all accounts. Please add your preferred payment method and save it to your Member’s Area Wallet to ensure a smooth check-out process and avoid re-entering your information each time. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 2 hours in advance. Late cancellations will result in a $15 fee for members or the loss of a class credit for non-members.
