Service Description
Sunday School is a sacred, sensual pole class guided by sermon and poetry, inspired by femme energy and the atmosphere of a Venus Temple. Femme energy is a way of moving that is soft, flowing, sensual, and expressive- it’s an energy anyone can explore, regardless of gender or experience. This class invites all bodies to soften and explore sensual energy at their own pace. Sensuality here is self defined- soft, powerful, playful, or subtle. You’ll be guided step by step through movement and simple choreography, with options offered throughout. Movements are designed to be accessible. Come exactly as you are- if you feel the pull you belong here. Pre reqs: It's recommended that you have taken at least 1 newbie class What to bring: An open heart 🤍 Wear something that makes you feel unstoppable Knee pads or knee coverage Heels optional

We require a credit card on file for all accounts. Please add your preferred payment method and save it to your Member’s Area Wallet to ensure a smooth check-out process and avoid re-entering your information each time. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 2 hours in advance. Late cancellations will result in a $15 fee for members or the loss of a class credit for non-members.
